Since June 1, 2025, Tom's IT Enterprise Solutions GmbH has been called TOMORIS GmbH. The entry in the commercial register follows on June 3, 2025.
Why a new name

Also since June 1, 2025, Christoph Dunzinger has been an authorized signatory (Prokurist). Today, he is CCO of TOMORIS GmbH.
