What Atlas sees.
And what it doesn’t.

  • From Microsoft 365, only metadata, evaluated only for groups of five or more people and never for individuals. Atlas does not read the content of emails, chats or files.
  • Interviews without personal names: Atlas stores the role of the interviewee, not their name.
  • Secrets, email addresses, phone numbers and IBANs are replaced before every AI analysis.
  • The AI suggests, people approve. Every step is recorded in the audit log.
  • AI analysis and the Microsoft 365 scan are only available in the subscription, once a data processing agreement is in place.
  • Customers only see what has been approved; retention periods and a deletion concept for each tenant.
