Are names and photos sent to the AI?

By default, the AI works without names. The director can explicitly enable the transmission of first names for their facility; this option is off by default. Age and gender are included to produce suitable texts. Photos and images are not sent to the AI. The current data processing is described in the PIA privacy notice at pia-app.kids/datenschutz.html.

Is there parent access?

Yes. Parents get their own access to approved areas, limited to their child.
