FOR WAREHOUSE, FLEET & ROUTE

Goods in motion. Data in flow.

Warehouse, fleet and dispatch depend on networks, scanners and interfaces. We keep sites connected, devices managed and obligations verifiable.

LOGISTICS & TRANSPORT / STARTING POINT

What shapes
your everyday work.

  • 01

    Downtime costs slots

If dispatch or warehouse management fails, loading docks and vehicles stand still. The restart has to be planned before that happens.

  • 02

    Devices on the move

Scanners, tablets and smartphones are in use in the warehouse and on the road. If one is lost, the access on it goes with it.

  • 03

    Many partners, many interfaces

Customers, carriers and authorities exchange data with you. Every connection is also a potential way in.

LOGISTICS & TRANSPORT / YOUR BENEFIT

What you
gain.

  • 01

    Stay reachable

Operate sites, warehouse WLAN and interfaces with coordinated recovery.

  • 02

    Devices under control

Manage scanners, tablets and company phones centrally and lock them if lost.

  • 03

    Prove obligations

Document NIS2 measures and requests from partners traceably.

SERVICES & SCOPE

Responsibility starts with clarity.

We clarify in advance which services make sense, who is responsible for what and how you can tell that progress is being made.

  • Warehouse WLAN and site networking
  • Mobile devices with Intune
  • Interfaces to partners and customers
  • Backup and contingency planning
  • NIS2 readiness for transport and courier services

FRAMEWORK & OBLIGATIONS

What laws and
standards require.

General guidance with sources, as of October 2026. It does not replace legal advice; the assessment of each individual case remains with you.
  • NISG 2026 (NIS2)

    NIS2 in your sector

In transport, the Austrian NIS Act (NISG 2026) covers certain types of entities: air carriers and airports, railway undertakings and infrastructure managers, passenger and freight shipping and, in road transport, road authorities and operators of intelligent transport systems (Annex 1). Postal and courier services are listed in Annex 2. The act has applied since October 1, 2026.

  • NISG 2026 (NIS2)

    Minimum content of risk management

This includes backup management and recovery, supply chain security, access control and multi-factor authentication, among others (§ 32(4) NISG 2026). Significant incidents must be reported as an early warning within 24 hours (§ 34(2)).

  • LAW

    Telematics and the works council

Whether tracking and telematics require consent depends on how they are designed: control systems that affect human dignity require the consent of the works council (§ 96(1) no. 3 ArbVG), as do systems that process employee data automatically beyond general information (§ 96a).

  • Accessibility

    Accessible passenger services

Since June 28, 2025, accessibility requirements have applied to websites, apps and e-tickets of passenger transport services by air, bus, rail and water; for urban, suburban and regional transport, only to self-service terminals (§ 2(2) no. 3 Accessibility Act, BaFG).

WHAT SETS US APART

One partner.
Not four.

  • 01FROM A SINGLE SOURCE

    Projects, operations, knowledge, software

EXPERTS implements, GRID operates, UNIVERSITY enables your team, NEXT develops further – without handover gaps between different service providers.

  • 02OWN PLATFORM

    Operations with GRID

Monitoring, backup, security and updates work together in one operating model with clear responsibility.

  • 03TRANSPARENCY

    Everything in view with INSIGHT

Tickets, reports and roadmap in one role-based customer portal instead of scattered across emails.

  • 04PROXIMITY

    Personal in DACH

Locations in Marchtrenk, Frankfurt am Main and Zurich – with personal points of contact.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Answered
briefly.

Is our freight forwarding company subject to NIS2?

In road transport, the Austrian NIS Act (NISG 2026) covers road authorities and operators of intelligent transport systems, not freight transport as such. Courier services, on the other hand, are listed in Annex 2. Whether your company is covered depends on activity and size; the NIS2 applicability check assesses this and cites the section.

Can we manage scanners and drivers’ phones centrally?

Yes. With Intune and Entra ID, we roll out devices, distribute apps, enforce security policies and lock lost devices remotely.

What do we do if dispatch goes down?

We plan the restart beforehand: which systems come back first, where backups are stored and who decides. Monitoring reports outages early so that there is time to follow the plan.
