Which permissions does MeetingCost need in Microsoft 365?

Reading calendars without content (Calendars.ReadBasic.All), user attributes such as department and location (User.Read.All) and group memberships (GroupMember.Read.All). None of these allow reading emails, text or attachments.

Can you see who holds the most expensive meetings?

No. There is no evaluation per person and no list of organizers. Totals for teams and months appear only from five people upward.

Are salaries used?

No. Calculations use rates per role, department or location, never the salary of an individual.

What happens after the trial?

The trial ends automatically after 30 days; no cancellation is needed. Raw data is deleted after 90 days, and everything is deleted when you stop using the service.
