What is PIA?

PIA is the AI-supported pedagogy assistant from TOMORIS for kindergartens, toddler groups, daycare centers and after-school care. It brings together documentation, observation, parent communication and organization. At pia-app.kids, there is a demo without sign-in and a 30-day trial.

Are names and photos sent to the AI?

By default, the AI works without names; the director can explicitly enable the transmission of first names for their facility, and this option is off by default. Photos and images are not sent to the AI. Details are in the PIA privacy notice.

Can several facilities of one provider start together?

Yes. For several facilities, we discuss the rollout with the provider and define roles, access and settings per facility.
