AI · SOFTWARE · AUTOMATION

AI AND SOFTWARE.INTELLIGENTLY CONNECTED.

We bring AI and automation into your workflows: from process analysis through Microsoft 365, Jira and existing systems to a guided rollout and agreed operations.

YOUR AI PROJECT

A clear process.
A verifiable start.

Do you want to take the load off a mailbox, make support knowledge usable or automate a workflow? Together we decide which task makes sense first and how the pilot will be measured.
  1. 01

    Clarify potential and priority

With Atlas or a targeted process analysis, we sort tasks, data and effort. The result is a prioritized use case with a concrete pilot scope.

  2. 02

    Integrate into your systems

We review Microsoft 365, Jira, existing interfaces and, if needed, on-premises systems. Data sources, identities and permitted actions are defined explicitly.

  3. 03

    Acceptance with your team

Real sample workflows, source references, error cases and human approvals are part of acceptance. The starting point and success criteria are agreed before the pilot.

  4. 04

    Secure handover and operations

Documentation, knowledge transfer and responsibilities are part of the rollout. Monitoring and further support can be agreed via GRID to fit the scope.

AI PRODUCTS & PILOTS

Specific tasks.
The right AI support.

Discover available products, guided rollouts and clearly defined pilots. Each solution states what can be used today and which next step can be agreed.

HOW WE USE AI

With guardrails.
From the start.

  • 01

    The task comes first

We start with the task: what should get better? Only then do we decide whether AI, a clear rule, software, an interface or a control system is the right answer.

  • 02

    People stay in control

Responsibilities and approvals are designed to fit the use case. For critical decisions, we provide verifiable processes and human oversight.

  • 03

    Define data access

We clarify data sources, permissions and processing before the pilot. Redaction, retention and permitted actions are reviewed for each solution.

  • 04

    Check the results

Sources, rules and functional acceptance criteria make results traceable. Your team assesses whether the support holds up in the agreed workflow.

WE USE WHAT WE RECOMMEND

AI is part of
our everyday work.

Before we introduce AI for customers, we work with it ourselves – in service, in development and in learning. The rule everywhere: rules and people decide, the AI assists.
  1. 01

    In service

TicketAssist writes a short internal note for new tickets; in the cockpit, each ticket shows which rule and which model were applied. MailAutomate sorts approved mailboxes, and every decision names its prompt and model version.

  2. 02

    In development

AI coding agents work in their own working copies and deliver every change as a pull request with mandatory checks. Code Guard also scans our repositories for secrets and vulnerable dependencies, and a monthly AI review looks at the architecture.

  3. 03

    In learning

What we learn in our own everyday work, we pass on – from the first AI workshop to the rollout in your team.

BUILDING AUTOMATION / SAMPLE SCENARIOS

Rooms, technology and
digital workflows.

With Loxone as a concrete control technology, functions such as lighting, shading, indoor climate and energy management can work together in one system. Which components and interfaces are suitable is assessed for each building.

These scenarios show possible applications, not existing TOMORIS reference projects or live connections. Planning, programming, hardware, commissioning and maintenance as well as electrical and building services work are clearly delimited for each project and with the responsible specialist companies. No partner or certification status is claimed.

FROM USE CASE TO OPERATIONS

Start small.
Scale deliberately.

  1. 01

    Clarify the task and framework

We identify the goal, existing systems and the responsibilities involved.

  2. 02

    Test the scenario

We test digital workflows with defined examples; for buildings, we review components, interfaces and specialist trades.

  3. 03

    Integrate in a controlled way

Permissions, data access, manual intervention and approvals are part of the solution.

  4. 04

    Improve in everyday use

We observe usage and develop the agreed scope further in a targeted way.

TECHNOLOGY WITH RESPONSIBILITY

Clarify the right
boundaries.

Does the software or AI have to run entirely in the cloud?

The right operating model depends on data, requirements and existing systems. We clarify this before development and make the consequences transparent.

Does the AI then decide on its own?

Responsibilities and approvals are designed to fit the use case. For critical decisions, we provide verifiable processes and human oversight.

Is Loxone suitable for every building and every device?

No. Loxone is one concrete possible control technology. Suitability, components, interfaces and existing installations must be technically assessed for each project.

Does TOMORIS also carry out electrical and building services work?

The actual scope of services, specialist planning and the trades carrying out the work are defined in the project offer. Any required electrical and building services work is carried out by the responsible specialist companies.

YOUR NEXT STEP

What should work together
intelligently next?

Let’s talk about AI, software, processes or building automation – specifically and within a clear framework.
