TOMORIS EXPERTS / FOR BUSINESSES
Microsoft 365.Migration with a plan.
Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online for businesses: review your setup, plan the migration, switch over in a controlled way and hand over documented. TOMORIS in Austria.
IS THIS A FIT FOR YOU?
Your project.
Our entry point.
You don’t just need new mailboxes, but a coordinated path from your current setup to operations. We first clarify the source system, dependencies and goal. This results in a clearly defined approach for your migration.
SERVICES & RESULTS
What you
actually get.
- 01
Current setup and risks
Record mailboxes, domains, permissions, identities, archives and connected applications together.
- 02
Migration plan
Define the migration path, pilot group, cutover window, communication and fallback options before implementation.
- 03
Controlled handover
Carry out the agreed checks for sign-in and mail flow, and document responsibilities and remaining tasks.
FROM PROJECT TO HANDOVER
A clear
process.
- 01
Classify the project
You tell us the source system, the approximate size and your goal. Together we define the check you need.
- 02
Agree on the approach
We describe the target state, services, your contribution, risks and effort. Implementation only after you commission us.
- 03
Pilot and migration
First test the agreed path, carry out the cutover in a coordinated way and handle exceptions transparently.
- 04
Accept and operate
Accept the results together. If you wish, then agree on matching licenses, GRID support and training.
FOR THE FIRST CONVERSATION
What we need
to start well.
- Approximate number of people and mailboxes, and your current email system.
- Points of contact for IT and domain management; we do not request credentials via the inquiry form.
- Information on line-of-business applications, scanners, shared mailboxes and special retention requirements.
EFFORT & LIMITS
Clarify first.
Commission transparently.
- 01
Effort and offer
The effort depends on factors such as the source system, data volume, mailbox types, permissions and the desired cutover window. Before you commission us, you receive a transparent scope of services with assumptions and effort. We do not promise a flat price or an uninterrupted switch without reviewing your environment.
- 02
Not automatically included
License procurement, archiving, backup, extensive data cleanup and subsequent ongoing operations are agreed separately if needed. A SharePoint or Teams data migration is not automatically part of an email migration.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Before you decide.
The key answers.
What does TOMORIS review before a migration?
We look at the agreed source environment: mailboxes and domains, identities, permissions, data volume and applications that send or receive email. The check and the subsequent implementation each get their own agreed scope.
How long does a Microsoft 365 migration take?
That cannot be reliably committed to without knowing your current setup and goal. Data volume, source system, dependencies and possible cutover windows determine the process. After the assessment, you receive a specific proposal.
Is a switch without interruption guaranteed?
No. We plan the pilot, cutover, communication and suitable fallback options to fit the environment. Possible limitations and risks are discussed in advance, not replaced by a blanket promise.
Are Microsoft licenses and ongoing support included?
Only where explicitly agreed. TOMORIS can provide the right licenses and support subsequent operations with GRID. Project, licensing and scope of operations remain transparently separate.
