Do we have to buy Microsoft 365 E5?

That depends on the features you need and your existing licenses. We first review your current setup and state any additional license needs separately from the project effort.

Can existing users continue working?

We take line-of-business applications and sign-in paths into account, plan a pilot group and test changes before the broad rollout. Limitations and required user actions are agreed before the switch.

Is it only about Microsoft Defender?

The agreed scope can also cover Entra sign-in, administrative roles, external sharing and email configuration. In the first conversation, we define the relevant areas of review together.

Does TOMORIS take over support afterwards?

If you wish, within a separately agreed scope. With GRID, ongoing support and security components can be added; responsibilities and response paths are explicitly defined.
