A UNIVERSITY seat is a seat in an open online training session of 45 to 90 minutes, not a one-to-one session. quantum: one standard automation and one extension per quarter, together up to 16 implementation hours.

Net per month plus VAT, standard profile up to 300 users. Additional users: €49 / €99 / €179. Additional sites, systems, data and logs are agreed in advance. Setup at a separate fixed price. Hardware other than GRIDNODE and Microsoft 365 workplace licenses separate, GRID security licenses included. Automated monitoring runs around the clock, everyday support 8×5; quantum additionally 24/7 for P1 and SOC. Response time is not recovery time. Your offer defines the exact service hours and scope.

What is GRID.CORE?
GRID.CORE is the central infrastructure of TOMORIS and the brain behind GRID. This is where the connections of all GRID.NODEs come together via GRIDWAY, where the TOMORIS logic and modules such as GRID.observe, GRID.vault, GRID.scout and GRID.patch run, and where TOMORIS carries responsibility for the agreed operations. GRID.NODE is the connection point at your site, GRID.CORE its counterpart at TOMORIS.
Does GRID replace our internal IT?
Both are possible: we can take over the agreed operations or specifically complement your internal IT. What matters are clear responsibilities and a shared approach.
Is every IT service included in the fixed price?
The fixed price covers the agreed scope of services. Your offer states which projects, licenses, hardware and additional services are included or calculated separately.
Does round-the-clock monitoring also mean round-the-clock support?
Continuous technical monitoring and staffed response times are different services. Service hours and response targets are agreed explicitly.
Can we keep using our existing systems?
We first review your existing environment. We include suitable systems and prioritize any necessary action together with you.
How do operations become transparent?
We document agreed services and measures. The INSIGHT customer portal supports the overview and joint planning.
How do we get started?
