As an IT Business Administrator apprentice, you are the interface between several areas.

You work closely with:

• Sales (Client Partner, Account Executive)
• Accounting & Billing
• Engineering (Cloud, Systems, Security)
• Management

You learn how quotes are created, how projects run and how customers are looked after. Your work makes sure processes run smoothly and information flows cleanly.

Your tasks

• Supporting the preparation of quotes
• Working in sales and customer contact
• Supporting billing and organization
• Communicating with customers and internal teams
• Contributing to projects and workflows
• Maintaining data and systems (e.g. Dynamics 365)
• Supporting internal processes

You develop an understanding of business, IT and workflows – and become a true all-rounder.
